Actually it has not been times replacing the tint it's only been twice sorryYou tiny installer says it has been times you have changed it, so both of you all don't know which is whichBut I do because I live hereYou also didn't mention that Steve didn't even look at my windows and the condition when he came to consult with me to get the job at the very beginningI'm not asking for perfect work, I'm asking for what your husband sold me on, and this isn't itIt definitely does matter of size of windowAnd I find it hard to believe you know exactly what is wrong with my windows when you haven't even stepped foot in my houseFor the record my windows have only been changed twiceFirst time was by a third party contractor that they hire when they are short handed, and went way to quicklySun Techs installer even complained that he had to work with the contractor because he slows him down because he doesn't do good work and goes too fastBottom line cuts are in even and look like a child did itYou can still see the residue from the previous tint. As we have previously explained to Mr***, we had every intention of re-tinting the kitchen windows for him again on 5/21/ We showed up with our installer to do so However, when we arrived we knew that he would never be happy even if we retinted his kitchen windows We then
handed him a check on 5/21/to fully reimburse him for the kitchen windows he was unhappy with On Mr***'s windows, the putty glaze that holds the window in place is deteriorating leaving a sandy substance that does not allow us to get to the edge of the frame This makes it impossible to get a straight cut The job is the best it can ever be on these windows due to this situation Therefore, this is why we gave him his money back on the kitchen windows.As a company, we felt we were incredibly fair to him so he didn't have to pay for the windows that he was unhappy with.Steve ***Sun Tech Glass Tinting***

Mr. [redacted],Until we actually start tinting a job we do not always know the condition of the seals/putty glaze that adheres your glass to the window frame.  In your case, the putty disintegrates and leeches onto the glass. Because of that we find it impossible to get a clean cut which you refer to as a straight cut.  The window size has nothing to do with the straight cut of the film.  It's the condition of the seal/putty glaze itself.I personally made the appointment with you to have an installer come out and re-do the kitchen on 5/21/15.  When Steve came out on that scheduled day, he had our installer with him to remove and replace the kitchen window film.  Some of it for the 4th time. When Steve looked at the kitchen windows, he knew we could not do anything different than what we had already done multiple times.  We reimbursed your money to you at that moment for the kitchen.Steve erroneously mentioned the check was for the kitchen and utility room.  There is no issue with the utility windows so of course that was not included in your full refund check for the kitchen.  Your email on 5/18/15 at 5:00 pm states you want us "to redo my kitchen windows".  There is no mention of any issues with the utility room.We tried very hard to make you happy so since we could not, we refunded your money in full for the kitchen which was the only room you were not happy with.  You are asking for perfect work in an imperfect situation.  We are sorry for your frustration and since you were unhappy we decided you shouldn't pay for the work in the kitchen.  That is the fairest thing we can do.Sincerely,Tami [redacted]
