We would like to share the following information with youBui received the delivery of pallets of Celebration Bermuda on 4/ The order was an online order placed through our websiteOur refund/replacement policy can be located on the home page of our website in the lower left hand corner, which asks customer with concerns to contact our office on the day of delivery and to document their concern with photographsBui first called our office on 4/as noted in our delivery system, not 4/as Bui states in the complaint ~ days after delivery Sod is ALWAYS harvested the day prior to delivery Bermuda will begin to show signs of stress from harvest within a few hours, and will recover very quickly after installation and watering We recommend that sod be installed within 12-hours from delivery, as stated in several areas of our website We have no way of knowing, after days and without photographs taken on 4/7, when the grass was installed or how it was maintained in terms of keeping the grass wet for the first two weeks Settlement Bui is asking for $refund or delivery of another pallet Because of our delayed response due to my medical leave and considering Bui's first contact with our office being days after delivery, we are willing to offer $refundIf accepted, we will need credit card information to process the refund We cannot process a partial refund from the online order Please let us know how this affects the status of the complaint And let me know if I can clarify any additional information Thank you! Bui first called our office on 4/17 as noted in our delivery system, not 4/16 as Bui states in the complaint ~ 10 days after delivery.   Sod is ALWAYS harvested the day prior to delivery.  Bermuda will begin to show signs of stress from harvest within a few hours, and will recover very quickly after installation and watering.  We recommend that sod be installed within 12-24 hours from delivery, as stated in several areas of our website.  We have no way of knowing, after 10 days and without photographs taken on 4/7, when the grass was installed or how it was maintained in terms of keeping the grass wet for the first two weeks.   Settlement.  Bui is asking for $135 refund or delivery of another pallet.  Because of our delayed response due to my medical leave and considering Bui's first contact with our office being 10 days after delivery, we are willing to offer $75 refund.
