President's Office at Aims Community College about Mr. [redacted]'s complaint.Due to Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations, the College is not able to release details regarding Mr. [redacted]'s student account. However, we can share with you that the matter has been carefully researched by our Vice President of Administrative Services, who supervises our Cashier's Office, and also by the Executive Director of Student Financial Services, who oversees our Veterans' Services department. Executive Director Dr. G[redacted] has been in email contact with Mr. [redacted], most recently on June 14.Again, thank you for contacting our office.
