August I submitted a complaint about GAHS and an HTL sectional that was peeling badlyThey did try to replace parts to make it better, but the leather colors didin't matchEventually, they gave me a store credit which I prchased new couches and a new mattress withVery satisfied, even though it took almost a year to settleThey did make it rightEvidently, that same HTL hazelnut sectional has been known to have this issue, and our sales person said he has advised people not to buySam N [redacted] was excellent in helping us this second time aroundI highly suggest you ask for him if you are looking to buy!
