Approximately 3 years ago, we installed partial vehicle graphics on around 6 vehicles for them, with an industry standard promotional graphics product rated for 1-3 years outdoor life. Since then, any issues of quality or longevity have been...

resolved without dispute or additional cost to the client. After 3 years, the graphics are no longer warrantied by The Great Display Company, or any other industry professional. Also, after 1 year, the manufacturer no longer warranties the perforated window film that is on the rear window(s) of each vehicle.
Moving forward, we had suggested to the client the next grade up of graphics (media/laminate combination) that has a longer life span of performance and color. The client has refused to communicate back with us, and demands new Premium graphics at no additional cost. We've already gone above and beyond to resolve this clients issue with corrections, repairs, and maintenance to existing graphics, at no additional cost.
In addition, the client has published in a public forum that he has already purchased these graphics from a different print provider, which leads us to the conclusion that he is actually not willing to agree on a solution moving forward. The salesman told me that the graphics he was selling me was warrantied for 7 years. If I knew that The Great Display Company was selling me a lesser grade of graphics than my other vendor, I would have asked them to quote the better graphics like my other vendor. The Great Display Co. refuses to stand behind what their salesman said. [redacted] claims that he has tried to remedy this by offering me a higher grade product. These issues have been ongoing since very soon after they installed the original graphics. I have emails sent to [redacted] that demonstrate how long these issues go back. Many of my drivers have been very frustrated at the poor quality of the graphics & the lack of care to remedy them by The Great Display. When I finally went into their office to remedy these ongoing issues, he claimed he emailed me. I explained that I didn't receive the emails, and it would have been nice if he could have called me to see why I hadn't responded. He still has yet to make any meaningful effort to remedy this situation. When we dropped off a vehicle that has graphics peeling & bubbling (see attached pictures) that were installed by The Great Display Co. July 2013, [redacted] refused to correct them, and said "the graphics look good from the street". That statement demonstrates [redacted]'s unwillingness to own up to the quality issues at The Great Display Co. The graphics are supposed to adhere to the vehicle. If not fixed soon, these graphics will continue to degrade & will give us a bad image. We don't want to let them go to the point that they look terrible or get out of the warranty period. I propose that [redacted] & I communicate which vehicles still have defects, and address them one by one through this Revdex.com forum starting with this utility body truck.
