Our website clearly states that booth fees are non refundable, (see attached photo) however, I can bend this rule by forwarding booth payment to a future showI did offer her the future booth option and a refund if the booth space sold out, which is going even further beyond our stated policy
Our event was just this past weekend, four days ago, and I did not sell out the booth spaceHad she contacted me this week (after the event) I would have given her the refund even though her booth space was not filledI have not heard from her since August and since I am just returning from the event I could not have done anything soonerHer refund will go to her paypal account electronicallyWe have gone above and beyond our stated company policy to provide exceptional customer service to Ms***
