My daughter was just in there and they tried to take advantage of her on a State Inspection Tried to tell her that her tires were worn out and tried to sell her a new set...fortunately she is smart enough to keep an eye on her tires and know she was being taken advantage of She went to a Nissan Dealer and the car passed State Inspection just fine.....Stay away from these crooks!!!
The Travel Agents at the xxxxx NC branch at xxxxx road are rudeYou are not greeted when you walk in, one Agent in particular xxxxx is rude, sarcastic and demeaningI am canceling my membership because of her behavior My family and friends are considering canceling as well
AAA does not tell you that they won't service your car without a valid registration sticker PHYSICALLY ON YOUR CAR even if you can present proof that your new registration is in the mail. Left me stranded on the roadside - the exact situation I was paying to avoid.
