complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received an email a couple of weeks ago indicating that the business agreed to refund /pay for my damaged jacket. Unfortunately I had the wrong mailing address for them tj send me a check. I called Revdex.com to find out how I can change my mailing address and I was told to "decline" the offer and write a note explaining that I was accepting repayment but to send the check to the correct address. It appears there was some sort of miscommunication about this so it appeared that I was not satisfied with their offer to repay me which was not the case. I will accept repayment but to the address I provided in my recent response which is:
