Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business response in no way addresses the multiple issues brought up in my complaint I am not trying to extort any sort of repair at all because as said in my complaint I was never told what fluid, or why my car was leaking [redacted] initially told me what my car needed and why, and when I did not believe him he offered to show me the" caked up dirt " under my carwhen my car was in the air he was unable to show me any such dirt or leaking gasketthat he had just minutes ago said needed a $repair [redacted] then began saying he needed to remove more parts to see what was actually leaking after quoting $for repairsI find it disgusting that a certified repair tech can quote 800$ for repair offer to show the customer the issue and when the customer is under the car looking suddenly the story becomes" we need to take off more parts to find out what is going on " I placed an accurate review of the treatment I received at your establishment on yelpwith Bureau of Automotive repairSecretary of Sate you have my address feel free to serve me with a lawsuitI will file an answer and a countersuit and we will have our day in courtfor now I am sure my review is having my intended effect of showing people what type of dealership you areHave a wonderful day Regards, [redacted]

The Dealership only advises what its factory trained technicians find through inspection and technical support available from ChryslerSometimes there are technical issues that require further investigation from Chrysler directlyThe Dealership will happily set an appointment for the customer with Chrysler to have them drive the vehicle to check the shifting complaint as well discuss the current concerns communicated in this complaintPlease have the customer contact the Dealership's General Manager, [redacted] , on his cell [redacted] to set the appointment

The customer is not telling the truth and we will be defending our position firmlyShe has slandered us on social media and we will be taking action against her.We performed the repair requested and have all paperwork and permissions required by lawShe is trying to extort a $1,repair from us and we are not willing to engage in her nonsense.Any and all inquiries need to be handled by the General Manager, [redacted] He can be reached at [redacted] and [redacted]

The Dealership does not believe damage done to wheel while in custody of carDealership already repaired bumper of vehicle when it did believe it created damageDealership has requested proof of purchase by receipt and name and phone number of Company purchased from for wheels that are on vehicle Dealership is waiting for requested items
