Review: [redacted] (state Lic #926240) came to our house to cut down a huge tree that was in the middle of our front lawn and the roots (due to roots lifting up our side walks) and put sods afterwards. He didn't cut out all the big roots that were under the ground and told us it will eventually sink down. Well, it didn't sink down.. it's already been more than 6 months.He only put sods in the middle part which only took 3 sods.. and he put seeds all over so it will grow just like our other grass. We double checked with him that the seeds he puts on are the same one as our other grass.. He said it was.. Now our front lawn looks awful!!!!! The area he worked on has different grass (really thin and looks like weeds) compare to the rest of the lawn. I tried calling him for months, all of his phone numbers were disconnected. Tried calling the company and they don't even know where [redacted] was, and gave me a number in Puerto Rico. About 3 months ago, I called finally found [redacted]. I was complaining about his work, and he said he will come back to look at it. Never did. Called him again but he tries to avoid my phone calls. His son who works with him answered the phone, told him the situation, and he promised he will tell Sal to call me back, never got a phone call. I txted him, never answers. I left him voice msg, never got return call. I am just so upset at his service and the way he is trying to void his mistakes.I want at least half refund $300 back ($600 total service), or he needs to come and fix my lawn (remove alll his work and redo it, put new sods instead of seeds).Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to come and either fix our lawn, or he needs to give at least half of our money back.
