I was excited to work with The Green Maid until I ran into a number of administrative issuesThey didn't call to let me know that my team would be late and would have one less memberThey overcharged me and didn't notice their own mistakeI had to call to have it correctedI was promised the refund would be done that day, and when I called to follow up the next day Ernesto, the man who helped me, wasn't there and Marcia had no idea what had been doneWhen I requested a follow up call to let me know if my refund had gone through and a call from a manager, I received neitherI then got an email noting my refund, which clearly hadn't been done the day beforeThey didn't even have the guts to call me and admit their mistake, knowing my growing frustration with all of their slip upsThe most unfortunate part was that the team did a great job cleaning, they just have unorganized employees running the business
