Horrific. I am from out of state and had no idea what I was getting myself into. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY DO NOT MOVE HERE. They (property management) do not care about safety or tenants. Someone I work with's son, who is in High-School, and was working his first job just got robbed delivering pizza with a gun to his head. There have been multiple robberies reported and even a fatality as a result of a home invasion. I cannot even get a pizza delivered out here because the vendors will not enter the gate because of robberies at gunpoint. The internet is terrible as well. The only good thing about this place is that the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful, but It is not safe nor is it quiet here. Security is non-existent and the gate does not work. Do not let the first impression of the golf course and facilities fool you like they did me. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
