We are currently in the process of changing our menu to correct this pricing issue.  What this consumer is failing to mention to you is that we corrected the price immediately for her to fix the issue and that she began screaming and swearing at the server, who then had to get the manager as...

the customer was so belligerent and attempted to charge at the server, swinging her hand around and pointing her finger into the servers arm and body.  We ended up paying for her entire meal due to the issue, but we did ask her not to return as a guest after she had made both the server and the manager, as well as many other guests upset with her language and attitude. We have been in business for over 50 years and have had to ask less than 10 guests to leave and not return.  As is our policy to attempt to fix any guest issues before they arise to the necessity of asking the person to leave, it is also our policy for our other guests and team members not to be subjected to foul language and screaming by any customer.
