I am very sorry that you have been having trouble getting through to our customer serviceI spoke with a customer service rep who told me that the refund will be processed as soon as the product is received at the warehouse and has presented me with the tracking number to keep an eye on itHe also told me that he gave you his email address so that you can reach out to him personally with any concernsThey are very good at responding quickly to emailsYou should be able to reach them on the phone as well at this point as everything is working properlyI am sorry that this was an issue before as stellar customer service is a priority here at The Grommet
