The misleading pricing on their website combined with very poor customer service led to a very unpleasant experience. In addition, they injured my dog in the past, sending her home with a nail that was trimmed so short she came home bleeding. Accidents do happen but they did not inform us of her injury and we only found out about it when she started leaving a trail of blood on our floor.
