Since MrR*** does not have any pictures to prove his statements, we can assume he wants us tobelieve his validity,I purchased a whole package April 24,There was a statement that there would be weedingof the whole propertyOne would assume weeding meant for persons to get down on theground and weedThe above was finally done to a small piece approximately five feet long thathad very tall weeds by July(violating the area's codes)On the rest of the property, a man swiftlygrazed over the tops of a few weeds with a machine, not pulling the weeds or their roots inanother five by five areaThe weeds were still evidentThis brusking over the tops of theweeds was done after I asked for weeding.I took he and his leader and two or three other persons once or twice around the property, sayingthe rest of the property needs to be weededI said I was promised FOUR pruningsOnceJoshua said he took pictures of the areas needing prunings and said he sent them to MrR***.Two of MrR***'s other men, another Joshua, agreed I needed the prunings and the weedings.In July(their first coming for consultation after many phone calls since April),I showed Joshuathe bulbs that I would have liked to have been planted in AprilJoshua said the bulbs would beplanted in the fallThey were not.I purchased seed for aeration, part of the packageThe aeration was not done.The leaves are all over the front and back yard, unremoved, against the promise.The mulch is piled up outside waiting.I was promised weekly inspections, which were not done.I was promised by Joshua that he would put weed killer on after the weeds were taken up Heleft without putting weed killer on.MrR*** has had full payment since April, He was insistently saying that certain thingsWere better done at certain times of yearHe thought it was important.I am asking for at least full restitution at the times of year appropriate Rightfully, I should beGiven more than I paid for all the time and agony of calling, writing numerous times and othernonfulfillment.Respectfully,*** *** *** *** *** ***

On April 14, 2015, I paid in full for a landscaping agreement. I paid $1079.  The agreement included 25 mowing visits edging and curbing. The mowing was completed. The agreement promised weeding and mulching of all property. I am asking for what was promised, paid for and not delivered: 1....

weeding and carrying away the weeds, then mulching. (1/4 property has been mulched, but not weeded) 2. 4 visits of scrub pruning (8 hr total)3. Aeration and seeding 4. Two flatts of bulbs planted5. Services in the deal:- 2 hours of initial clean up - performed with first mowing visit- Weekly visits (25) - 28 were performed-Bed weed control as needed - Weeding was done prior to mulching which took place twice. We were asked not to use chemicals and the beds were so full of grass and weed the crews communicated with [redacted] to just trim them down as needed. -Shrub Prune (up to 4) - We spent 6 man hours pruning this summer when it needed it. We have tried to communicate for another visit. The property does not need 4 pruning visits.- Planting of annuals (2 visits) - The plants are to be provided by the customer or purchased from us. [redacted] did not purchase these for us to install nor did she ask to purchase them from us. - Leaf removal during fall- Each mowing visit in the fall the leaves were removed. -Adding mulch - I personally unloaded [redacted]'s car and mulch. She refused to purchase the mulch from us and had no way of unloading it. - Aeration and seeding - We could not coordinate the supply of the seed from [redacted] to schedule aeration and seeding. We are willing to prune again this winter, aerate and seed assuming she has the seed on site. We are not comfortable entering her garage or car to unload any materials. Thanks!
