Review: The patio was not done properly, water is puddling and draining into the basement of our house instead of out toward the grass. We had called at least 20 times, left messages, submitted their online warranty form. But had received no response from them.Desired Settlement: The patio being repaired properly and a phone call to acknowledge that they are going to repair and when it will be done.

This person had work performed by and paid to The Groundskeeper, Inc.

We now own the telephone # for The Groundskeeper, Inc. (whom is no longer in business)

We are not The Groundskeeper, Inc. we have a different EIN # from The Groundskeeper.

We would be happy to come to the customers home to provide them with a quote for the repair work that is needed.

I am rejecting this response because: The Contract was under this company's previous name, "The Groundskeepers, Inc." However, the email correspondences I have had with the company have all been with [redacted] emails, with [redacted] can claim that they are not the same company, but I have all the email correspondences that prove that they are the same company with the same owners. I doubt it is legal to change a company's name and be not responsible for the work that they've done under the previous company's name, and then try to charge me more money to fix the problems they've created?!!! I have attached a screen shot of the emails that i've received from [redacted]. To say that they have the same phone number as The Goundskeeper and not the same owner is a complete lie. They are the same owners. They are just attempting to get more money from their previous customers. There has been many complaints online with their previous customers when they are "The Groundskeepers", and now they are completely not responsible because they've changed their company name? These people are dishonest, you can not give this company a good rating.

Review: The contractor never completed the project. Installed a sprinkler system that doesn't work and wasn't

installed properly. Didn't repair damaged areas according to contract. Won't return to finish

job.Desired Settlement: Another contractor was hired to finish their job, I would like reimbursed for the

work that I had to pay another contractor.
