I was hired by this guy to go look at a property he managed in American canyonI have him an estimate for $to clean seal and reset a few loose tilesHe had broken tiles and I explained
that it would be no problem for us to change out broken tiles but customer must supplyI would have to chard to drive all over to findSo first job was complete and he kept calling me to help him find the tile for his tenantWith his persistence I said I would try no guaranteesAfter tile shops hours of my time and $gas I found the closest one I could at Dal tile in FairfieldI paid $for themI let him know I had something similar but not itI trimmed bottoms but with was off a littleI told him I would only charge him another $to setAfterwards his tenant didn't like the matchHe tried to act like he wasn't approving this as we were goingHe told me he wasn't paying me a dime and was gonna smutt my companies rep up with the Revdex.com and make me pay back the original $
This is a terrible person and for me going so far out of my way for a person like this really makes me sad
I am going to the owners of his company to inform them of this terrible behavior

*** estimated the job to repair and clean many tiles at $After his workers cleaned the tiles and glued a few broken ones, he told me some needed to be replacedHe said he could find matching tiles but the colorHe should never have taken the job, to clean and repair, if he couldn't do a decent jobHe said he would order them from DAL
