Corey regrouted our shower Six weeks later the grout was coming out We called and he came over to see it He said the warranty was days
On Nov2nd Corey regrouted my shower Only the walls were supposed to be donehours later the walls and floor were doneHe only scraped the top layer of grout off and put new grout on top of it Dec27th I called Corey to say the grout is coming out He came out and said my day waranty was up and he would charge again to repair itHe left and now refuses to answer any phone callsI've tried to call corporate and they have a machine to leave a message Almost a week and no call backI've since spoken to a licensed contractor who said that properly doing a shower takes 1/days and requires all grout removedTotally dissatisfied with his work and customer service
