The Groutsmith advertises that they will come and clean your grout and reseal the groutline with a color of your choiceThey guarantee that for years your floors will look like newI had my kitchen floor done at a cost of $I also bought their cleaner that they recommend so that the grout lines stay cleanI wash my floors weeklyAfter months my floor looked like it did before they came did the floorI called Bob to come and look at it and his reply was that you need to clean the grout to keep it cleanHe used another cleaning product and a grout brush to scrub it upIt did look a little better but I could have done that weekly without paying him $450! They misrepresent what having them come and do actually doesThen they sell you more product or better yet he would clean it again for a feeI asked for my money back and they would give me $(paid $450) which I didn't acceptI want the years of clean grout that they advertiseDo not use this serviceYou can go buy a grout brush and cleaner and do it yourselfTake a look at the before and after picturesYour floors will look like the before after a few months - not years

I was introduced to The Groutsmith at a local remodel show in January of They were very knowledgeable and accommodating to the questions that I had In addition, they offered a free site estimate that I was able to schedule that day that fit into my schedule From there, my appointment was determined (most of my home is tile so I had to schedule two sessions to get the work completed), again around my schedule and the work was done*** was efficient and worked diligently to get the job done as well as reminded me...repeatedly (because I asked repeatedly) how long I need to stay off 'what areas' for how long I found the pricing to be better than I anticipated and the process overall to be excellent I would highly recommend The Groutsmith
