Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to hear directly from management of the complex to discuss the timeline of repairs I am also still unable to sleep in my bedroom due to the state of the ceiling and wallThere was a roofing company that came but no one has yet to communicate what is going on and when to expect all repairs to be completed inside and outIt would be nice if management could have effectively communicated with me regarding the state of repairsI am extremely disappointed in this company and will not be renewing my lease Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I received a letter in regards to a complaint on an air conditioner from [redacted] When the service request was first made it was to emergency maintenance after hoursUnfortunately due to the time it was to dark to safely work on the electrical unit, therefore the maintenance team returned the next dayThe first inspection showed that the unit was low on freeonThe unit was charged and the resident was instructed to give some time for the unit to coolWhen it was reported it still was not working they returned to further troubleshoot the unitThe air conditioner has been resolved and is working properlyThank you, [redacted]

Since legal action has been started in this matter, all correspondence must be directed to our attorney A day notice was properly given and that is our company policy

The health department came out and closed my unit, my family is now out of a home

She did get a window unit at the time, so she was not fully without air, she was accommodatedAll the issues have been resolved in reference to her AC

I am rejecting this response because: I spent a month sleeping on my couch because I could not sleep in my bedroom but the company refuses to acknowledge or adjust my rent for my inconvenienceHorrible way to handle businessIt shows how unimportant people really are to this company and that they are only focused on filling units instead of making sure they keep their residents satisfied*** *** as well as The Groves are a travesty when it comes to leasing and I willmake sure to not renew my lease and let everyone know that they should not rent here because their money will be taken but they will not be respectedIf that had been a predominantly white community, I would not have to wait so long just for repairs and a lackluster response from the organization

I wanted to let you know that I just received the attached notification in the mail today. Many of the concerns this resident has brought forth are not at fault of the property such as failure to adhere to the lease guidelines or the lack of coverage by her renters insurance for the alleged lost...

We are working quickly and swiftly to resolve the issues in Mr. [redacted]'s apartment. Someone will be out this week to repair and patch the ceiling. Weather permitting, workers will be out this week or next week to start work on the roof. Mr. [redacted] can feel free to contact me ([redacted])...

personally if he has any more issues with this situation.

The issues concerning the ceiling and walls have been completed per inspection of Florissant City. If you have other issues or concerns please contact our office.
