I have Continued to try to reach out to Mr***, and get more details to help resolve this, but he continues to direct me to the Revdex.comI cant issue a refund until I can have some kind of communication with him directlyIf he contacts me I will gladly assist in moving forward with a resolution, I would really like to see the unit myself (since I was not present that day) and determine If the unit was already damaged or nothope to hear from Mr*** soon. Hello, I am the owner of the GrowBiz, I received this complaint from the Revdex.comI used the contact information provided by you to reach out to the customer and have made multiple attempts to contact him via telephone and emailOn Thursday 1/26/17, I emailed the customer
letting him know I wanted to listen to him about his customer experience and help rectify itI received a reply from the customer on 1/30/stating that I needed to communicate with the Revdex.com to rectify his experienceI once again replied to the customer and asked him to please reach out to me so I could assist in rectifying his experience, and he once again responded telling me to communicate with the Revdex.comIf the customer would like to get in touch with me I have given him my contact info and look forward to his call to resolve this matter. We have never had a complaint of this nature at the GrowBiz and have excellent customer ratings from customers on Yelp, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
