Company has difficulty providing receipts for services paid for.The company has no standard practice for handling providing a receipt to the customer. As a daycare business this is particularly poor practice as it causes problems in making claims for reimbursement from a [redacted].On top of this, even when provided a pre-prepared and previously agreed upon affidavit style receipt (ie a signed statement that daycare services were provided and paid for) that is acceptable to the various regulations surrounding [redacted]s, the company has difficulty in following through with signing and returning the receipt. Even with frequent reminding that the receipts were needed, those actually received in the past were several months in the past. At a weekly cost of over $200, this results in a significant tie up of money in a [redacted].I am currently still waiting for receipts for the better part of a three month period from beginning of April through most of June. Several verbal requests for these receipts and subsequent agreement from staff to provide these in the early weeks of June have not been followed through upon. In addition, several written/email requests for the same receipts have also not been followed through with. Previously email had been used and responded upon (even if it was rather delayed in response), but now no responses are being offered. At the present time this is over 5 months old receipts/requests which have not been acted upon.Desired SettlementProvide receipts to complete the services that have been paid for.Business Response We have sent the information on multiple occasions. The last time on 9/29/16. Consumer Response I finally did receive a copy via email on 9/29 after having to contact the head finance for the company. The email with receipts attached came with an excuse saying they were not sent previously due to being "stuck in the her outbox". Seems to indicate being caught in a lie or straight up confused that tell me they didnt send them previously and tell Revdex.com that they did.This is the last day to respond to this and have not received the claimed sent by mail copy. Not sure whats up with this place, but lots of lies to cover up screw ups such as this that go well and above the direct issue referenced in this complaint. Everyone makes mistakes, but the lies really dont add up which is not tolerable. Glad to no longer need anything from this business and plan to never do business with again and never recommend to anyone.Final Consumer Response
