false advertising
Ok so just another disappointing trip down the rat hole with these guys at guncrewllc. Did not honor 1 detail of the purchase process. Purchased on a Thursday. Ad said Priority shipping, did not get it, they sent it fedex ground, may as well sent it by mule train. Got email from them on friday,saying item shipped ,it did not, all they did was print a label, a well known trick to fool the average person and boost their on time shipper status. Item did not go out on Sat or Monday. Now instead of the expected delivery on Thursday, my item won't be in the area till Monday. Unfortunately my ffl is closed on Monday and they do not do transfers on Tuesday. I informed seller of this in hopes they might update the shipping mode, as it was not my fault, but no. So lucky me I won't see my item till Wednesday. Just once I would like to see one of these deals go my way. On the bright side I will get to leave negative feedback on the GB website and know I will never buy from them again, I left negative feedback on the gunbroker site but they deleted it, how are they allowed to delete their own feed back?

Retaliation
I purchased a firearm from Gun Crew on December1st, 2021, through gunbroker.com. I purchased it in a “buy now” not an auction which means I paid the price they wanted. Within a day, I send a personal check to them for the entire amount and within 10 days the check cleared my bank account. On December 31st, 2021, I write an email asking where my gun is. They proceed to tell me it was delivered to my LGS on December 20th, 2021. So, I go pick up the pistol and it is NIB as stated. I go home to give my feedback about Gun Crew and the purchase and say I never received any tracking info from USPS or from Gun Crew on gunbroker.com. I rate them “A” vs “A+” due to no communication on the shipping of the gun. Gun Crew retaliates by rating me a “B” and forbidding me from buying anything from them in the future. They also made derogatory comments about my gunbroker.com logo having a $ sign in it and that I should have made payment more timely. They had not given me any rating since my purchase was made and did not rate me until I gave them an “A” rating vs an “A+” rating. Since when is it in a businesses’ best interest to “trash” a customer and then retaliate when the entire problem was Gun Crew’s to begin with. It’s a problem when a business like Gun Crew can’t admit their mistake on not telling customer or giving them tracking info on their purchase. It’s also very frustrating that gunbroker.com allows a company like Gun Crew to tell “bogus” info about a customer just because they sell thousands of items on their site. It’s also pretty petty for Gun Crew to trash a customer when it was totally their fault to begin with.

Owner of the store is very rude and unprofessionalHe could care less how he treats his customers or his employeesI spoke with a few of his employees at a Gun show and told them my experience with him and they said he treats them the same way as they looked over their shoulder to make sure he was not aroundThe next day after I bought my $dollar gun I went back in the store to order the next size larger because it was a little small for my hands and he was just rude and arrogant so I just left and took by business to [redacted] ***Please spend your hard earned money with someone who will give you the customer service we as paying customers deserveI can not imagine dealing with this owner if I had a warranty issue and had to bring it backMy gut tells me I would be screwed

The next day after I bought my $700 dollar gun I went back in the store to order the next size larger because it was a little small for my hands and he was just rude and arrogant so I just left and took by business to [redacted]. Please spend your hard earned money with someone who will give you the customer service we as paying customers deserve. I can not imagine dealing with this owner if I had a warranty issue and had to bring it back. My gut tells me I would be screwed.
