I see customer service contacted him with a video on how to manually open the gunbox unit We have heard nothing from him since I have put in a ticket for customer service to call him today to discuss his issues

Re: I am frustrated with this company in no response to my issues and concerns! I would like a full refund and possible the cost of getting my personal weapon out of this piece of what they call "The Gunbox" It will be almost two years since my person gun was locked in this "The Gunbox" which I have been unable to have access too.I had spoke with one person regarding this and have not had any response since. I have called with several people they had no clue or care of this matter!Thanks *** ***Sincerely,

Last correspondence from customer service was that Sydnie called and he was too busy to take the call. We are happy to walk him through it and have sent him instructions on how to open the gunbox using the manual override. I suggest he call us on our support line M-F 9-MST for assistance at ###-###-####. We care deeply about our customers and want to help them in any way we can.
