As we have discussed, [redacted] Home Entertainment was unaware that a complaint was registered against us. Although attempts were made to contact us, we never received notice based on the out of date information in your records.

amount requested and this matter is settled to his benefit. His request of a $390 reversal on his credit was completed on that date. Although I do not agree with much of Mr. [redacted]'s reasoning, we settled this to avoid further dialogue. 
Please let me know if any more information is needed on this case. To our concern, we feel that the matter is settled and we hope that our good standing in this community warrants a grade that reflects the reality of how we handle our disputes.

Review: I hired the Gutter Company, [redacted] to reroof my house and do copper gutters. The roof came with a 30 year warranty. In February with the heavy rains my roof leaked in 5 different areas. It ruined new flooring that I had just installed. I have called Randy Wright and left 8 messages, no return calls and now the number is no longer in service.His St. Lic number is: C43-[redacted]57.I need to resolve this problem of my leaky roof, ruined floor covering (wall to wall sisal ) before it rains againDesired Settlement: I want my roof repaired, per the warranty of 30 years and some kind of compensation for my ruined floor covering.
