Yes talked to Yvette Y[redacted] on February 3, 2016 and they agree on the 8 free solar panels,  but today  is March 1, 2016 and still have not receive any additional information or a new contract from them.

Dear [redacted]:This letter is regards to our customer [redacted] and [redacted]. Complaint # [redacted]. **, and [redacted] purchased a 6 panel solar system and roof from us 1/7/2015 which was then installed for then 1/23 - 1/29/15. I then heard from [redacted] 8/26/15 who was very upset...

about what they felt like they told at the time of the initial sale. She said she was told that she would not have an electric bill at all after the solar was installed, also, that if she did not like the system our Company would come back and take the product and give her a full refund. I did explain to her at the time that the system she purchased should, on average, be producing 240Kw a month. This was about 30% of their average usage. Our contract clearly states that we do make any promised savings with this type of system as it does depend on the weather. There is nowhere stating we offer any type of full refund. I was very unhappy to hear that a Customer thought that our representative deliberately lied to them. The person who sold this contract is no longer employed with our Company so I have no way of hearing another side to this story. Our goal is to always make our customers happy, after a long review and speaking with the owner of my concerns, we did offer the [redacted] 8 additional panels at no cost. This transaction is going through legal steps at this point So we can get the work Completed for them. I do understand that frustrations are high in this situation but we are doing everything we can to make them happy and as quickly as we can. We are more doubling the amount of panels for them at no cost. This is entirely out of good faith to try to make them happy with the situation. As a business we need to make sure we taking the correct legal steps also. Dealing with lawyers is not always the quickest route but we do believe so that both parties are protected it is the best. If there are any suggestions or anything else you would like us to do for this customer, please let me know,Thank you,
Yvette Y.

Dear [redacted],In regards to complaint ID [redacted], we have been in contact with this customer in regards to their not saving complaint. I have attached the fuel savings guarantee which clearly states they must have their heating system maintained yearly and we require the...

maintenance records for their file. Without the proper maintenance the system can use more energy than needed. We do require these records in order to move forward with the not save process. We do understand that this might be frustrating for the customer but just as they would expect us to hold up our end, we do require the customer to follow through on their end as well. Please let me know any other action you would like us to take in this case. Thank you.

Dear [redacted],In regards to your letter with ID # [redacted]. We specialize in several energy saving products, some of which qualify for different federal tax rebates. The information given to this customer is the exact information needed to file for the tax rebates. We apologize if the...

customer wanted a more detailed breakdown, but the IRS will accept the exact information given to them. This customer will use the contract they already have in their possession, which does state the date of purchase, the products purchased and cost. This is the same information given to all of our customers filing for the tax rebates. I am sure that their accountant accepted and filed for whatever rebates they qualify for with this information. Thank you for your understanding, please contact me with any other questions or suggestions on this matter.Regards,

In regards to complaint ID [redacted]; We have made several attempts to resolve this issue with this customer. 2/9/15 – We reduced her contract amount from $35,975 to $27,069 due to the fact we discovered she would not be eligible for the federal tax credit, Her contract was for a roof, solar...

panels and an energy package. After the energy package was installed she called complaining that her pipes had frozen and she was very upset because she thought that getting this work done would stop this from happening (this was the 3rd time this happened to her) We explained that the work we did would not resolve this issue due to the placement of the pipes. We offered to try to come up with work that would solve this issue she was having. She was very upset and said she was having a plumper come and address it. She said she was very happy with the roof but unsatisfied with the other work due to the frozen pipe. She then called 2/20 and said she did not want to move forward with the solar part of the contract, I explained to her she was well outside of the 3 day right to cancel and that I would see what I could do for her. After reviewing the remaining work to be done, I called her and told her I would release her from the rest of the contract and that we would do no additional work there. The only thing I needed to do was have a change order form done and signed. Since this conversation we have not been able to get this customer on the phone. She has made complaints everywhere and we do not know what to do. The financing company we set her up with has be unsuccessful in their attempt to contact her and resolve this issue as well. We do not feel that we owe this customer any type of refund. We have gone out of our way to satisfy her requests. At the moment she is still responsible for the remaining part of her contract and the solar cost because we have not been able to get the change order done. We are not pressing this point but we have no avenue to take due to her unwillingness to communicate with anyone. Any advice on how to handle this customer would be appreciated. Thank you for your understanding,Best,Yvette Y

We have been in contact with this client in regards to their complaints. After conversation with the customer we have agreed collectively that we need to wait until after their system has been installed for an entire year before doing an evaluation.  We do know that their system is running properly via the online monitoring system we installed in their home.  After the end of October we will do an entire evaluation of the system they purchased and if necessary will take steps to resolve any savings issues they have.

Please let me know if any additional information is needed on this matter.
Thank you for your understanding.

Review: They installed solar panels which came with an EconSolar total energy pledge of up to 50% energy savings. One year after the installed they took our electric bills and compared them to the current ones with the solar panels installed and it was about a 10% savings. The salesman said at the time that they would "do whatever it takes" till we reached the 50%. savings. Adding product to the home if need be. The only product they have added was programmable thermostats on March 9,2013 which hasn't changed the % at all. We contacted the company and were told the person handling our case was on maternity leave. We have since called 2-3 more times and left messages. No one has called us back.Desired Settlement: For the company to make good on the contract and get us to the 50% energy pledge as agreed to. We spent $30,000 to only save 10%??? They need to come back and finish the job.

We got siding from a company related to Green Eco Solutions about 7 or 8 years ago. Since then, every other month they call and want to do an evaluation to see if they could save us money. Every time they call we tell them not to call again. It never ends. Although the initial job was good, we are EXTREMELY unhappy with the continuing calls. Review: I have a agreement for them to do come and do a bunch of repair work on my house. this company bought out the warrenty from a company called [redacted]. which did work on my house and did it all wrong and faulty. I have been fighting to get the work corrected for a few yrs. now and I finaly got them to agree to do the work and paid them a deposit of 1667.00 dollars and now I can not get anybody to return my calls and a man named [redacted] told me that they can not do the work for the price agreed. this is unacceptable all the original work was guarrented n this company bought the warrenty contact so they should honor it. they are not and they took my money which I should not have even had to pay but I agreed to settle this with them for a total of 5000.00 to have all the origanl work removed and redone and repaired. I am at my witsend with them and need some help. thank you ps I have all the paper work from the original contractor and from this company if that helps.Desired Settlement: I am reguesting that they honor the contract I have with them and do the work that we agreed to do that I have in writing and I feel they should do it for free now that they have taken advantage of me again and return the 1667.00 dollars asap. how many other people have they taken advantage of n stole money from n lied too?

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: everything they said in the letter is a lie. This is not the frist time they have been out to my house to fix the siding, cutters, windows, doors ect. this has been going on for a few yrs. now. I was personaly told by [redacted],[redacted], and others in the past, that they had bought out or took over the warrenty rights when [redacted] went out of business. I was also told that they only had so much money left in the account that is why they were asking me to pay the $5,000.00 to help cover the cost. I have all the old and new pappers from both companys and would love to send you copies if that helps and gets them to do what they said they would n fix everything that is wrong which is everything. I have been nothing but kind and even willing to put out money I didn't even have to get the issues resoveld. I have been lied to, disrespected , cheated, and emmotionaly stressed for a long time over this. I AM ASKING THAT THEY BE MADE TO DO THE WORK AND RESOLVE ALL THE ISSUES THEMSELVES OR PAY THE FULL AMOUNT I PAID TO HAVE IT DONE WHICH WAS $43,000.00 SO I CAN HIRE A NEW CONTRACTOR TO DO IT RIGHT. I DO NOT FEEL THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO KEEP THEIR LICIENSE AND COUNTINUE TO DO BUSSINESS IN ANY STATE.

Review: Green Eco Solutions installed solar panels on our home in Oct, 2013. The sales rep quoted us a production rate 900+ kwh each month, enough to cover our electric usage for at least 9 months out of the year. Our monthly production started out around 100 kwh/month and continued at that rate through the winter. Since the start of summer, our monthly production is now around 280 kwh. This is NO WHERE near the amount we were quoted, and no where near covering our monthly electric expenses. We have been trying to contact Green Eco to get some sort of resolution, and NO ONE returns calls. They finally sent a technician (the sales man) out 4 weeks ago to look at the issues, and we have yet to hear from them. Whenever I call, I am told that someone called and left a message, or they emailed us, or they put a letter in the mail, but we received NO voice mail, email, or mail through the postal service from this company.Desired Settlement: We expect the company to either (1) refund us the money for the product installed since it is NOT producing anywhere close to what we were quoted, or (2) install additional panels AT NO COST so that we can attain the production rate we were initially quoted.

To Whom in may concern:

Review: Contacted the company ([redacted]) numerous times to get an itemized bill of the the projects involved with purchasing the Solar Panels, new window and insulation for our home. I really expected to see a breakdown of the material, labor, and permit costs for each of those projects as well as getting the details of our solar system installed. Manufacturer, Model and type of solar panels and what the technical aspects are of those solar panels.

What I received (which the IRS will never accept) from [redacted] was:

"the breakout is as follows:

window 750

insulation 2200

labor for solar 2550

material for solar 34475

any further questions do not hesitate to call

The company cannot be bound to any email provided by an employee of the company. If the email is not from the owner or President, the company is not bound to any agreements made by the employee."Desired Settlement: Exactly what a bill of sale should entail:

On company letterhead, dates of each project, material costs for each project (solar panels, window, and insulation blanket) as well as exactly what the solar panels are (manufacturer, model name and/or number, and their technical data), costs for the permits. Signed by whoever is supposed to be in charge.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

Review: We had solar panels put on our roof and part of the contract stated that we would save 50% on our electric bills. That is not happening and we would like to have the solar panels removed. I would like to add that our roof is now leaking due to the panels. We had the panels put on Nov, 15th 2012. We have had the installers come out and look at the roof. We also were never told that it would take a year to start seeing savings. Well it has been almost a year anda half but no savings at all. My wife and I feel like we got scamed and are not happy. We struggle day by day to try to get by. Thinking that going green would benfit the earth and us. The solar panels are 1/5th of the cost of our house.Desired Settlement: We would like to be remimbursed for the difference in the electric bills from the begining or we want them to take the panels off and pay off the loans we have out. If Econ Solar needs to come out and install more panels at their cost to make it right that would also be fine as long as the install does not cause our roof to leak worse. (We owe two different credit card compannies 12,500.00 and one is 7,500.00). We have contacted them several times and nothing was ever taking care of ever. They kept saying give us more time.

Review: Dear Sir”

In August ‘12 [redacted] replaced windows and some other enegry saving improvements. Cost $23,912. On paper they gura 50% savings in energy costs.

In August of “13 I contacted them informing them that I was not receiving the energy svings they guaranteed. I submitted electric and oil bills for a period of three years. Each time I called the receptionist said they would get back to me. One visit by a represenative who inspected the work said they would get back to me. Stll they havn’t gotten back to me with any resolve.

The sales pitch in ‘12 was that if I didn’t receive the savings they would get back to me and perform any work necessary until such savings were achieved. I deserve a response and solution to this issue.Desired Settlement: {Please see attachment.}

Review: On 2-28-2013 I paid Gutter Magician a $1000 deposit toward the installation of gutters on my home. I waited for the company to come to my home for the installation but they did not show up and finally I contacted them on 6-11-2013. The staff was in a meeting so I requested a return call but had not received one by 2:25 pm the same day and therefore I called again. Between 6-11-13 and 6-24-13 I spoke with a person at the company named [redacted] who informed me that the company had made a mistake and my file had somehow fallen through the cracks. He additionally told me that the company could not do the job for the price they quoted me because the installation would require some work be done to the wood portions of my house in order to support the gutter system they were to install. He apologized profusely and offered to get a quote for the wood materials needed and not charge me for the labor, just for the materials. Initially I told him I wanted to know what the materials would cost but then I called [redacted] on 6-24-13 and told him I wanted my one thousand dollars back and the $100 I was to get for referring someone to their company and that person got some work done. [redacted] was to call me back but he did not. I called [redacted] on 6-25-13 left a message for a return call but he did not call me. On 6-26-13 I spoke with [redacted] and told him I wanted my money returned via a check and he said it would be done. I telephoned [redacted] on 7-2-13 regarding my money but he did not return my call and I have not received my money back. This company provided me with no services, have kept my money and has failed to pay me the referral fee as promised.Desired Settlement: I want a written explanation for why this company failed to do the agreed upon work for the agreed upon price. I want all of my money returned plus the referral money. I want them to stop using my name when they call people I referred to them prior to their not delivering the promised service because they are falsely telling people that they saved me money when, in fact, they provided no service to me whatsoever. I want my money back immediately!!!
