I missed the speaker
At the window they would not take my order and told me to drive around and wait in their very long line. Sent corporate s message. I do not want free food or gift cards as I will never eat there. What ensued was hilarious and I took pictures. Memes will made. Pretty sure Sparks Nevada Habit Burger has no problem spitting in food.

I just left a message for the guest to call me back so I can get the specificsThe complaint does not state which locationI will also send the guest an emailThis is really a customer service issue so I am not sure why he has contacted the Revdex.com Thanks so much

I disagree because they know that I have NOT complainted times or times this is bull crap! they also have been verbally absusesive to me as well and they have no right whatsoever to "Ban" me from there place of business! Because I have not asked for a "Hand Out" I have not harassed anyone in the restaurant nor have I EVER been disruptive I would appreciate this matter would be investigated I do not appreciate such abuse from The Habit Burger Grill they need to stop judging me as a person and realize that I have a perfect right to complain on whom ever and whoever I feel that needs attention Regards, [redacted] ***

I am very disheartened we have been unable to resolve this matter in a way that is best for our guest and our business. Our Customer Care Coordinator, District Manager, and Restaurant Managers have had many conversations with her and offered solutions. On several occasions over the past year she has expressed similar concerns with the "attitude" of the service she received, and on one occasion was disappointed that the French fries were crunchy instead of soft. We have used the feedback from each visit to coach and teach our staff. To make amends for these occasions, she has asked for refunds, but we have on a few instances mailed "char-tickets". This is The Habit's way to invite our guests back in to the restaurant and redeem when purchasing food. "Char-Tickets" allow for the purchase of a Char-Burger or the equivalent value towards other menu items. On at least one occasion, we have sent char-tickets to her, and she emailed and called to say she hadn't received them, so we sent more. During the most recent conversation, our Customer Care Coordinator apologized for us not being able to meet her expectations and suggested that she no longer dine with us. This communication was once again perceived us as being rude, which resulted in her reaching out to the Revdex.com. We have respectfully asked and are asking once again, that we no longer be in a situation where we can disappoint her. It is and has always been our goal to be a top choice for fast-casual dining, however, we must concede we cannot please everyone. *** ***

We have no record of ever receiving a complaint and I just called and left the guest a message asking her to call me. I will also send her an email.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I did respond to them, but somehow they have indicated they did not receive my email. They are sending a card in the amount of $50, but this still does not excuse employees behavior.
