This is unacceptableThis is not subjectiveEither hair has an *** effect or it does not, and mine does not, because the literal process was never done. Highlights, and pink tips, is not an *** with pink tipsUpon my second visit, I expected my hair to be fixed--I did not go in for "a touch up." I went in to have a proper *** put in, and to have the pink color that washed out, after one wash, correctedPink tips were put back in, but an *** was STILL not doneI want a refund of the $paid to The Hair Bar.]

In response to the complaint regarding a service at my salon the customer states that she requested an [redacted] and brought in mutiple pictures. That is true she requested an [redacted] (it is something we do A LOT at our salon and have been known for this) and she did bring in multiple pictures, however what she fails to mention is that she wanted a little bit from each picture. [redacted] tried to accommodate her but she was unhappy. I ([redacted]) stepped in to help, as far as bleaching her hair when it was "wet" (it was actually damp) has no bearing on the outcome. She very specifically stated she did not want her hair to be a shocking pink as she was a nurse and needed to remain professional. I told her it would be subtle. As far as the brassy orange shade on top, that is subjective. She asked for rose gold and that contains a lot of gold (orange base) and red. When she rescheduled to come in and have the pink refreshed, she was told on the ph one that at that time no one was available to blow dry and the industry only makes semi permanent pink! We feel she left with a subtle pink [redacted] as she requested with rose gold highlights.
