The Family Puppy has a "No Return Policy" which is clearly stated on the warranty that Ms [redacted] signed Although this is true we, in an effort to help Ms [redacted] , did return the puppy on 7/1/and provided a refund Within the week Ms [redacted] contacted us and asked to repurchase the same puppy After making sure that she had the proper housing for the puppy, we did allow her to repurchase him This problem is resolved and has been since the week after the original complaint

According to CDC, and most vets, giardia found in dogs is not transferable to humans, it's a different strainBut as always we never want a client to be upset and not 100% satisfied with our services. We have been in contact with the client and she has returned the puppy for a full
refund
