was Mr [redacted] misled about ANY charges, whatsoever.Although the Property Management company is not our customer, we: 1)Arrived on time, meeting the schedule requirements of the resident2)Mr [redacted] was not present, nor was the property owner available.3)We tested and checked the system. There were a number of repair issues. The Property Management company declined any repairs, even though the service call charges would apply to ANY repairs or replacement.4)The Property Management company claimed that he was told there was no charge. We record ALL calls and This is 100% NOT TRUE.As a property manager who schedules service as part of his professional responsibilities, it is implausible to think that Mr [redacted] would ever assume that a service call from any licensed company would be free. Nobody works for free.
