At the Haly Companies, we value honesty and integrity and always try to uphold those values with every customer interaction. After just recently noticing this issue on the site, we looked into the situation. We had given this customer a credit on his account last July (2014) for the $285 requested....
We believe that there was a misunderstanding, because the customer had been expecting a refund instead. We have since tried to correct the issue by sending a check for $285 to the customer this week, and following up with an apology over the phone. Even though it’s been a bit of time since the incident, we were glad to finally have had the chance to learn about it and correct it properly.
