The Hamilton At Turman Farms

My complaint is Management entering my apartment without notification per our agreement . Initially, in signing a contract with The Hamilton at Turman Farms in 2011, I explain to personnel that I had been a victim of identity theft and I was uncomfortable with strangers entering my apartment without myself or my husband being present. I'll agreement per [redacted], Community Manager, they would call us before entering the apartment at any time, along with tagging the master key. Throughout 2011-2013, they have entered my apartment seven times with out contacting myself or my husband by phone. In three of those events, we have had credit cars information, bank statements, and federal income information exposed by people who entered our apartment without us knowing. I contacted [redacted] on all occasions. Her statement to me every time is I apologize. I have also spoken to a [redacted] ,with [redacted] concerning this matter. He stated that he would look in to this matter and get back with me. My concern is my information being compromised and sold. I do want to also note that my husband and I are never late on paying our rent nor do we seldom call in for any maintenance.Desired SettlementRequest for Identity protection and discount off rent for continuing violating our privacy
