I am a resident of the Hamilton Square Apartments located in Charlotte North Carolina, I was notified in the month of October that new management was taking over and all section 8 residents lease will not be renewed, because I am section 8 resident, I had to find a place to move, further more, new management did not offer moving expenses are anything that would help section 8 residents to transition in a pleasant way, I only receive SSI and it is very hard to pay for moving expenses and deposit,I am considering taking this matter to court to let them know what damage they have caused.
