Response to Complaint: To whom it may concern, On April 22, [redacted] *Came into our office looking for an apartment she leased apartment # [redacted] on April 22, I had waived the application and administrative fees of ($value) if she leased with in hours with an approved applicationHer 1st visit was in 4/8/So when had came back on 4/22/ [redacted] waived the application & Admin Fee even though it was past the hours.*She applied on 4/22/at 2:pm (Saturday) and the office is closed on Sundays*We started the process on Monday 4/24/but held apartment was on hold until we received proof of income [redacted] brought previous tax return for but needed more current for we were missing pages so I had to call her and asked her to please send themWe received them the on 4/25/*Credit and background check was approved on Tuesday 4/25/ [redacted] The day [redacted] called regarding her application I was off on 4/27/ [redacted] For her to say there was no one in the office to help her most of the time there is always someone in the office unless, I am not here and I am off and also we are out showing and touring the property [redacted] On Thursday the 27th when I spoke to [redacted] at first she said she could do a co-signer and then she said she had to make a phone call and she would call me back and she didThen I was asked to ask her if she could do one month full rent as an additional deposit, again she was going to check! She was also going to email us her current income then called and said she she couldn't, then when she spoke with [redacted] the [redacted] she to her she was going to get a letter from her current employer and that too we didn't get either*When [redacted] first came out and got information on the apartments I gave her all the paper work she needed and I asked her if she had any questions she said no! She took the paper work her and I tell them if I call you and you are approved don't call and canceleI tell everyone to please read over all of the paper workI do apologize for the misunderstanding if she fully did not understand, we really tried to help her, but she just decided it was taking to long and called told me she wanted her whole deposit back she decided not to get us the income information we neededI am glad that she found a place called homeIf you have any questions please let me know and I will be glad to assist you
