The Hammock Source

Hammock long despite web site description so returned it. No refund so called. Refund rec'd minus $25. Called again; agreed to full refund. Waiting.On July 10, 2013, I ordered Item # [redacted] ([redacted] Hammock by [redacted]) for $169.99. Order Confirmation #[redacted]. The hammock should have been the right size per hammocks.com web site. It was way too long, so I returned it, paying $16.50 to return a product that should have been the right size according to hammocks.com web site. The Hammock Source received the returned hammock on July 19. The credit still didn't show up on our September statement, so I called on September 3. They found the order (only after I called), and said they would process the refund within 3 business days. Credit was only for $144.95. I called, and they agreed to credit the $25 since the information on their web site was incorrect. I'm still waiting. Even with the $25 refund, I'm still stuck with paying $16.50 for shipping the hammock back to them when it should have been the right size per their web site.Desired SettlementAt least the $25 credit. Since the hammock was the wrong size because of their web site, it doesn't seem like I should have had to pay $16.50 to return it.Business Response [redacted],We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
