few months ago and immediately forwarded to the insurance company. Prior to that, she was sent semi-annual statements of her account. To ensure the proper taxation for the State of Pennsylvania of her distribution, the insurance company had to delay her request for payment. Once the proper information was determined, they made the $300 distribution to the client.Our firm did not and has never charged a fee to work with this client.Due to privacy issues, we could not provide details to a third party as the client did not call to give us permission to release her information.Sincerely,Ann L.
