Have been called 4 times from the company telling me they are sending me to collections for a bill I never recieved at all. Then they finally emailed it to me only to give me a day and a half to pay it. Dr. *** was in the room with me for not even 5 minutes then his office never bothered to pull records when I went to see them in November of 2019 they asked for records in January of 2020.
All statements are mailed in a timely manner.A service was rendered and a balance owed, the balance cannot be removed.

I am rejecting this response because:
I never received a bill till April 3rd from *** and before I got this bill I received numerous threats that I will be sent to collections if I did not pay a bill I never received. I ended up paying the bill after receiving more threats from both companies.
