THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH......I HAD A LARGE HEAVY MIRROR TO HANG AND THEY SENT ONE MAN WHO COULD NOT DO THE JOB. I TOLD THEM TO LEAVE IF THEY COULD NOT DO THE JOB AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $75 TRAVEL FEE. IF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY NEEDS SHE WOULD HAVE SENT 2 PEOPLE.
Unfortunately the client misunderstood our pricing policy . There is only one technician that comes out per job.. It is a double rate for 2 and customer did not want to pay that additional fee. We have no $75 charge. and a 90 minute minimum which is made clear at booking.. Services were provided and completed. We apologize for the miscommunication.
