Review: I contact [redacted] ([redacted]) to do handy work around my home. I never heard back from [redacted] and he had the audacity to send websites to my cell phone without my permission. To this day, I have not heard from him and it has been over a month. He is very unprofessional and invaded my privacy by using my cell phone information.Desired Settlement: I want verbal or self-written apology via mail or email. Thank you.

Response:
I did go to her building, and I did call her back with an estimate she never contacted me back, I never sent her any advertisement I don't have a web site. I was going to clean her yard for free...

I did try to resolve this situation directly but to no avail, at this point may god bless her hope all works out for her...
Consumer
Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[redacted] is not telling the truth. I went back over his responses and he says he tried to contact me. He never said how until I mentioned that he sent me a text about joining a video texting company. [redacted] called me on 11/**/13 with the same nasty, inconsiderate, disrespectful and uppity tone he had when we first spoke. He had the audacity to accuse me of threatening his business and stated that he knew people too. It was not a threat. This is the reason we have the Revdex.com to talk about people who don't deserve to waste their time/money with someone like you. If you were a good business man, you should have apologized for what you did wrong. Whether you believe you were right or not, you do good business by keeping peace so that you can keep your good name intact. [redacted], I will give you one more chance to call me and speak to me like the respectful woman that I am and you can do my yard for free as stated on the Revdex.com board. Remember, a man's word is his bond. This will be my last statement here except to say that if you do not resolve this, I most certainly with move forward with what I said I would do as MY WORD IS ABSOLUTELY MY BOND. Thank you kindly.
Sincerely,
