At the Happy Roof Company, we have been taken back- way back- from more than one homeowner making serious accusations about our newest representative
We completed our own internal
investigation and concluded, the questionable behavior we once caulked off to inexperience, being
overwhelmed and confused, we can no longer deny or questionHe has a problem
A problem with setting unrealistic expectations, professional courtesy, common courtesy, empty promises, and follow up
Over the past days he, (the company representative) has been the center of many discussionsAt first the talk was centered on more training and increased communicationNow, the discussions center on the
ethical and legal ramifications of his terminationUntil we decide what the
most appropriate response is, it should be known we placed him on immediate probation
and we've suspended him from representing our company
Additional discipline will be handed down, but not before our dedication and focus' is turned toward satisfying our customer's complaint and solving this problem
We would like the homeowner to know, we sincerely apologize for the poor experience she had with our companyAnd, while we identified and eliminated the source of the problem, we are in NO way passing the blame off on someone elseAs owners of this company, we take full responsibility for the problem and we will be diligent in putting measures in place to avoid ever making this
mistake again
We truly regret the experience she had with us and as proof we, as a whole, are a company with integrity and an accurate moral compass, we are no longer asking her to payNot even a dime
The Happy Roof Company will be paying the entire cost of her improvements and we WILL honor the warranties promised
We sincerely appreciate the trust she placed in us and it is with much disappointment in ourselves, we somehow allowed this problem to go unnoticed and unaddressed until now
We hope she accepts our apology and appreciates our offer to pay the bill in its entirety
