RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have read the statement from the body shop and I dont agree everything that he has said yes they did do extra work on my vehicle as paint different accessories a different color but that has no significance and fixing or repairing the vehicle the proper way and actually performing their duties as a repair shop they should have called the insurance themselves when they notice that the insurance did not inspect the vehicle correctly or whatever the case may be that they're claimimg. they should have called them, the point is that they did not call, they refused to call Progressive Insurance. The insurance company did not get any call from them stating that they need to come back out there so that clearly means that they did not perform their job correctly and there they were trying to cover it up the entire time and they got caught red handed. The owner is now willing to fix my car after I mentioned I would submit claims. How am I supposes to trust someone like that again? My car continues to remain unsafe to drive and isnt worth anything on a trade in but yet I still owe money for the car. I just reached two years of ownership this passed march ***. Asking for 6 thousand dollars isn't outrageous at all considering they didn't do about 5 grand of the repair? Where did the rest of that money go to? His pocket I'm sure. Business Response to a Complaint Response:*** like I have said numerous times I was willing to let *** bring back the car and make everything right and on my side and deal with the insurance company myself so he didn't have no worries he doesn't want to do that where else does he want me to meet himI am not giving him any money because there was a lot of extra work done to the his carI want to fix this but I'm not going to bow down to *** just because he wants it to be done I told him to bring the car back and I will fix everything the insurance paid to repair parts that was suppose to replaced Sent on: *** *** **

[redacted] CAR WAS HIT AND OUR SHOP REPAIRED HIS CAR NO QUESTIONS ABOUT IT , I AM NOT DOUBTING THAT THEIR WAS FRAME DAMAGE TO HIS CAR THERE WAS, AS PER THE INSURANCE COMPANY THEY PAID TO REPAIR HIS FRAME OF HIS CAR NOT REPLACE I REPAIRED THE FRAME TO THE BEST OF ABILTIY ..... FROM THE BEGINING OF THE...

CAR BEING IN TO SHOP THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER DIDNT WANT TO TOTAL THE CAR CLAIMING THAT WOULD BE TOO MUCH WORK.... ALSO [redacted] KNOWS THAT THE INSURANCE DIDNT EVEN PAY THINGS THAT WERE DAMAGED FROM THE CAR FROM THE BEGINGING AND I ALSO GAVE HIM MONEY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET TO PAY FOR IT UP TO NOW A YEAR PROGRESSIVE STILL HASNT PAID [redacted] FOR HIS PIPE THAT WAS DAMAGED WHICH CAUSED HIS CAR TO RADDLE....I HAD THE INSURANCE COMMING BACK TO LOOK AT THE CAR PROGRESSIVE TOLD [redacted] I WAS FULL OF IT AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT ..... [redacted] DOESNT WANT TO BRING UP ALL THE EXTRA WORK THT WAS DONE ON HIS CAR PERIOD I RE PAINTED HIS COMPELETE CAR... WHICH I NEVER ASKED TO GET PAID WHICH WAS DOING HIM A FAVOR .... AT THE END OF IT I EVEN TOLD [redacted] BRING HIS CAR BACK TO OUR SHOP I WOULD REPLACE EVERYTHING FROM THE DEALER AND I WILL DEAL WITH PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE COMPANY MYSELF HE DIDNT WANT TO HEAR IT HOW CAN YOU ACCUSE ME OF NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID TO REPAIR THINGS AND THEN COMPLAIN TO ME ABOUT THEM NOT BEING REPLACED WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE I TRIED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT ON MY OWN EXPENSE AND HE DOESNT WANT TO DO THAT. HE WANTS ME TO GIVE HIM 6,000 DOLLARS WHICH IS NO WAY RIGHT, IN HIS EYES IT MIGHT BE RIGHT BUT FOR ME IT ISNT TO THIS DAY MOVING FOWARD I WILL STILL DO AS I PROMISED IN REPLACING EVERYTHING FROM THE DEALER ON MY OWN EXPENSE AND DEAL WITHM PROGRESSIVE MYSELF
