Review: I hired Hardtland on Friday, November 6, 2015 to replace the roof, gutters, downspouts and gable fascia boards on my house. They began the job on November 10, 2015. As of today, December 11, 2015, I am still waiting for the following to be completed.
1. The ridge cap shingle on the driveway side of my home extends beyond the drip edge and needs to be trimmed.
2. The drip edge on the roof over the side door does not come to the edge of the fascia board and needs to be replaced.
3. The fascia board of the gable facing my driveway needs to be trimmed
4. A new gutter on the driveway side of my front porch needs to be cut to size and installed. The downspout also needs to be installed.
5. A photo of the installed ice and water shield on the second floor dormer needs to be provided.
I emailed Tom about the items that needed to be done on November 21 and did not hear back from Tom until I texted him on November 23. In an email, I was told everything except the gutter installation would be done Monday, November 23 and the gutter would be done on December 3rd. Nothing was done. On November 24 I emailed Tom that nothing had been done. I received no communication from Tom from November 23 - December 7 when I called him. (I emailed again about work still needing to be completed on December 4th and heard nothing) I called December 7th and was then told by Tom when we spoke everything would be done by December 11, although he hoped to be there December 8. On December 11 I called the Hardtland office at 12:45 and left a message to make sure work would be complete that day. As of 5:00 pm on December 11, none of the remaining work has been done.Desired Settlement: Finish the listed items immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I wanted to let you know that, although I have had no communication from Tom (owner of Hardtland Company), after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com, two workers did come out and complete the necessary work.
