We would like to provide Ms[redacted] with two complimentary spots for her kids for one of our Skills Clinics, as well as two complimentary vouchers to one of our games on our tour. Since Ms[redacted]'s contact information is listed on the complaint file that you sent, can we work directly with her, or should we work through you to make sure that your records show this complaint is rectified?
Also, is there any way to find out exactly who Ms[redacted] originally spoke to in our office? We most certainly could have rectified this issue with her directly and avoided all of this, had she had the opportunity to speak to the proper person(s) in our office
