We lived here in The apartment grounds are niceIf you have a pet there are not a lot of grassy area's, but there is a park near byThe maintenance staff is very professional and niceOur stay for the most part was enjoyablebut move out was a different storyWARNING!! When you move out STAY for your inspectionBefore we left I asked for a list of things that needed to be changed/ cleaned (aside from the general cleaning)I was told just common sense cleaning would be just fineI went down to the office and told them we are leaving todayI was told I could leave the keys on the counter and that I did not need to stay for the inspection, and that as long as I cleaned it will be fine, but then we were charge for every little thing...by that I literally mean all the little thingsTheir toilets were running and leaked on the floor causing a little water stain and some rust marks...they charged us $for thatThey charged us $for a dirty vent in the living room when they had just come through and changed it less than weeks prior to our move outI personally cleaned the toilets but because they did not come through until weeks after we vacated there was a ring in the toilet from lack of use and we were charged $for thatThe reason they said they did not come to inspect until weeks later, they said is because we did not call them to tell them we had leftEven though I had physically gone to the office the day we left and told them we are leaving today, I guess that was not enough?? The Drip pans were marked up 350% and we were charged $to replace thoseWe ended up paying almost $after move outJust be careful that you take photos of what it looks like when you leave even if you do a walk through with themApparently they will suck as much from you as possible, even after you leaveI would not recommend anyone here, just because of the dishonest, back handed way they dealt with moving outThe office staff are all fakeThere is one who is better than the other twoThe other two are rude *** There are better places for cheaper than The Haven at Reed Creek in AugustaIf you do choose here just be careful at move out day
