I called The Hay Co LLC 18 times from my cell phone 3/23 to
3/26.  More from landlines.  See attachment.   
The difference in original weight estimate and actual amount
delivered is accurate as described by Stephanie.  It is not pertinent to the moldy hay and I
did not include the details in my initial submittal.
Stephanie states that this hay is $100 per ton.  I am including copies of 5 craigslist ads and
2 facebook posts about this hay.  ALL at
$80 per Ton.  Per Rich the price is $80
per ton at  their store and not
unloaded.  They get your location and
provide an exact quote for your location and to unload.  One CL ad states “text address to the phone
number above and can get you a quote on SHIPPING!” 
I specifically asked if this was horse hay and Rich said
yes.  He stated that his was last years
hay, stored undercover, and had sun bleaching on the outsides.  I specifically asked if it was overly dusty
or moldy and he said no.  I specifically
asked and he said this was the same hay that they are selling at their store
front for $8.50 per bale.   In the Craigslist ads & facebook posts they
use the following descriptions:  “Really
nice 117lbs per bale.”   “nice hay not a
perfect number one but very nice”    “It
is horse hay!” 
#2 Bermuda Horse hay does NOT have mold.  Mold renders the product useless to me and
can actually kill a horse. 
I stand by my initial complaint.  I purchased #2 Bermuda (horse hay) to be
delivered and unloaded at my house.   I
received 408 bales that meet the contract. 
I received 64 bales that do NOT meet the contract.  I would like The Hay Company to refund the
cost of the moldy hay or for them to provide replacement to my property.

[redacted] called me on the 21st and I answered Her phone call right away.
We emailed back and forth the 21st and 22nd. And I have not received any other phone calls or emails for her. She stated she has tried to call me for the past 10 days which is a false statement. She received her hay on...

Thursday the 17th and the first I heard from her was Monday the 21st and stayed in contact with her through out the refund process.$253.00 was refunded on 3/22/16 Reason: [redacted] prepaid for 30 tons and received 27.47 at $100 per ton she was refund the difference which was $253.00
I asked for pictures of the mold and she said you could only smell it.
[redacted] Purchased a #2 product at less then a wholesale price. It was not a premium product or yes we would stand by our product and either reimburse her or swap out for other premium hay.etc
We are more then happy to refund her money for any hay that she is not wanting but the only way to do so is have it brought back to our store and scale out the unwanted weight.
Also [redacted] did not pay extra to have the hay delivered. the hay was $100.00 per ton there was no extra shipping costs.
Again this was not a #1 premium product that we guarantee etc. It is a low grade AKA damaged product and again sells for less then wholesale.
I have answered every call and email I have received from [redacted]. There has been No lack of communication. Emails and call records can be provided if needed.

We Have been trying to reach out to you in regards to your mold complaints. Please contact the Owner Chad P[redacted] at [redacted]. We would like to reimburse you for the 64 bales of hay you dont wish to keep and would like to schedule a time to send someone out to pick up the hay. We apologize for the untimely response as we have been trying to come up with the most cost effective solution.
