transmission but not replace the torque converter or solenoids due to shortage of money. The invoice shows customers choice to not replace said parts nor was customer billed for said parts. The customers vehicle ran good when the customer picked-up his car. The customer was notified that the vehicle could "act up" due to not replacing torque converter or solenoids down the line. Upon inspection, the vehicle had a lot of electrical issues that were also present that customer was aware of. The customer brought his car in 3 months later and authorized us to replace torque converter and would pay the cost of [redacted] for parts only. The Trans Pros notified the customer that the vehicle may also need solenoids and re-wiring - possible computer issue. The Trans Pros replaced torque converter and solenoids and the vehicle still had shifting issues. The customer did not pay for torque converter or solenoids due to the car needing more work and customer having a shortage of money. Customer did not want to pay for torque converter or solenoids. We did all repairs as a courtesy to the customer. All repairs were done and authorized by customer. Even after installing the torque converter and solenoids, the Trans Pros notified the customer that the vehicle still had computer issues and wiring problems. The customer responded by stating that he was not going to pay for the torque converter, solenoids or any of the work that was done on his vehicle. The customer told the Trans Pros to leave the vehicle outside and he would come get it. As stated previously, customer did not pay for the torque converter or solenoids. Nor was he interested in working further on the vehicle. The customers vehicle has a lot of wear-and-tear, as well as, high mileage [redacted] mi) and needs a lot more work done to it. All work was done and we did not get paid for torque converter or pump. There is nothing more we can do for this customer.
Thank you,
The Trans Pros
