I've tried calling this company for the past weeks regarding a damaged order I received and NOBODY has ever answered their phone and their voicemail has been FULL for weeks, do not waste your time with this companyHorrible Customer Service

Review: I have ordered an item from this store with 2nd day air shipping. It has been a week and the item still shows pending shipment. I needed this item quickly, which is why I purchased the additional 2nd day air. As it is still pending shipment, I contacted the company by phone during normal posted business hours and it goes to a voicemail stating to leave my name and number. When I try to leave a message, it says the voicemail is full. I have sent several emails to Warming Store and have not yet heard anything from them. I had to purchase this same item from another company because it is greatly needed for work and no longer need the item from them, but I cannot cancel it because there is no way to contact anyone at the company and get a response. I have sent several request for order cancellation in emails as their website states.Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded back to the card it was paid for with.

Review: Placed an order for mittens and sox on 11-21-2013 received confirmation of order being placed (order #[redacted]) have yet to receive a confirmation of order being shipped or tracking number. Placed numerous calls leaving voice mails, no answer. Sent numerous e-mails to the customer service, no response. Very concerned that this is a scam.Desired Settlement: Just want a call/status of order or a termination of order
