The Health Dare Reviews (4)

Thanks K***, The only address that was in the Revdex.com file was [redacted] ** [redacted] , SC 615-***-***I first met with Health Dare reps at the Hyatt Regency, [redacted] **., [redacted] , *** at one of their contract officesThe only phone number I have is listed on their reply emails, 864-***-***The contact email addresses are [email protected] and J [redacted] C [redacted] 's personal email of [redacted] @yahoo.comI am going to attach all of my correspondence in two or three replies to your request since this site only takes at a timeI've numbered them in order of time line to help you follow my complaint requestThanks J [redacted] H***

Today, October 22, 2017, Health Dare refunded the partial settlement amount to close this complaint for which I acceptI have read Health Dare's attached reply to my complaintNeedless to say I disagree with itWithout going into a lot of detail as to their calculations, I will simply state that all of their evaluations were based on a "week" progression That is probably why they thought I did so good. At the time, I had been in the program for "weeks"All of their calculated results are therefore incorrectI am satisfied with Health Dare's $partial settlement of this complaint. The above paragraph would have ended my reply to their comments except that they continued in their reply to discredit me and to damage my representation and integrityI "wish" they would have stopped before thatI "wish" they would have accepted the final outcome and would have left out the personal attacksIt is very unfortunate to see a business attack a clientI have never seen that happenI am going to comment on their personal attacks on my characterI "never badgered" Health Dare with texts, emails or callsI "never demanded" a refund, I only asked that they accept my initial offer for a partial refund that I thought was reasonable and fairI "never accused" anyone of dishonesty. The only contacts I made with them was when I replied to their emails or texts to meMost of the contacts were by email, which I have sent to the Revdex.comJ*** did text and call me on June 9th at 17:30, and asked me to call him backI did, we talked and cleared up any misunderstandings he might have had from the email between me and A***There were "no calls" to Health DareJ***'s was the only call I made, at his request "I was the one who discontinued contact" with Health Dare, not them, following the abusive email from A*** on June 10th,( see email of June 10th to J***)I never heard from them again after thatI decided to wait for a period of time, about months, to see if they might reconsider and accept "my suggested partial settlement"When they did not I decided that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com so that others could learn from my experience in dealing with this business.I saw in their reply that they had given refunds this year which tells me they could have accepted my initial offerHad they accepted my initial request for a partial refund amount this complaint "would never" have occurredIn the end they did accept my initial suggested partial refund for $2000, for which I am now satisfied I am disappointed with their attitude and with the attack on my character in their final replyHowever, I know I have done the right and fair thing in dealing with themTheir final comments about me are something that they will have to live with. Thanks for all of your help in this matter, J** H***

MrJ** H*** entered the Health Dare Program on April 21, after meeting with J***, our Greenville Client managerMrH*** signed several contracts after reviewing them with J***, one of which was our money back guarantee (see attached)J** attended our May 6th Client Orientation with the Health Dare coaching team, where our chefs cooked for him, and walked him through a "day in the life of the Health Dare." After following our curriculum, receiving our coaching call support, and attending several of our coaching events, Jim came in for his week one-on-one coaching evaluation on June After measuring J** on the same scale he started on the first day in our office, we found that he lost lbs of fat and inches in a mere weeks! Our attached case studies show that the average client loses only inches in weeks, so J** shattered our records! J**'s body fat decreased by 3.1%, his muscle increased by .7%, and his hydration increased by 1.4%His food journal showed that he was eating up to calories over the suggested calories on some meals, and he was still having amazing results! Our coaching team was thrilled with his results, but J** demanded a refundHe claimed that he "wanted to lose lbs in weeks" and he wanted his money back because he was unsatisfied with his resultsHowever, he gained wonderful percentages of muscle and water and lost lbs of visceral fat! Our team tried without success to explain to MrH*** how great his results were, but he simply demanded a refund, saying that he was "unhappy and wanted his money." Unfortunately, we were unable to refund J** because of his fabulous resultsHowever, we agreed to stop his payments if he would like to freeze the program and discontinue coaching with our teamHe texted our team on June and asked to discontinue the programHe continued to contact our team with calls and emails, demanding partial refund and accusing J***, our client manager, of dishonestyThis was simply untrue, as our entire coaching team worked hard to help MrH*** obtain wonderful results in the first daysFor this reason we discontinued contact with MrH***He then filed the claim on the Revdex.com website, and we reached out to J** againHe has agreed to accept a partial refund as a settlement and discontinue his complaintWe continue to honor our money back guarantee, and have given over refunds since JanuaryIt would be arrogant to say that our coaching program works for every single client, and we know that all of our clients have different needs, so we do honor our refund policy when results are not achieved, despite the best efforts from our coaching teamBut J** achieved extra-ordinary results in a short period of t**e, so our staff did not believe that he qualified for a refundIn order to preserve the integrity of our reputation in the upstate and online, we have agreed to make a compromise and privately settle with J** on a partial refundWe hope that you will accept our private resolution with J**For further questions, please contact our corporate office at 1-800-***-***
