Dear Revdex.com/
I distinctly remember this person as his story of how lines appeared changed ever so slightly every time I spoke with him
*** came into the store for a repeat repair as he explained to me over the phoneI am the ONLY one that answers the phoneHe explained that his phone had
lines in the LCD and asked if it was covered under the warranty after he told me that he set it on his night stand and in the morning lines had just appeared(Phone conversation prior to coming in for the appointment)
My warranty as explained to everyone that asks as well as explained on my website clearly:
Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on parts and a day warranty on labor. ***WARRANTY VOID IF SCREEN BROKEN IN ANY WAY***WE DO NOT REFUND ON ANY BROKEN CRACKED SCREENS*** Manufacturer defects would be the screen not responding to your touch
When he came in for the appointment my assistant logged the phone in as I was busy with a prior appointmentAfter looking at the phone I explained to him that the only way to get lines in the LCD is from an impact or phone being droppedIf the LCD was a defect it would have showed up immediately when it was repaired back in MAYHe stated that nobody else dropped it and he didn't drop it or hit it because it was in his bag all day prior and the bag never moved
I, (having been in this business for 5-years and having over repairs in the community with NO complaints am willing to work with everyone, even those that don't understand I am a professional at what I do and know how screens/LCDs are damagedEvery so often I get a person that just doesn't understand and thinks they deserve everythingFor *** I decided to only charge him for the part and not the labor even though this was NOT covered under warrantyFor this and other obvious reasons I will not refund another penny

As I stated in my original email, they broke my computer. It worked just fine before I took it Joe. He told me he had replaced many of these. I went in with a working computer and then left with a completely non-functioning computer. He advertises himself as a business that fixes cracked screens. That is a blatant lie. He didn't fix my screen and instead, broke the entire computer. Consumers deserve to be warned of his horrible business practices and his deceptive ways

e-mail response received via e-mail from the company as follows:  "I apologize for the delay in getting the attached information to you!! The first attachment is a screen shot of the text from [redacted] showing she received the replacement device we purchased for her as a courtesy, AFTER we had refunded her (2nd attachment) for the original part she paid to have fixed (again, because we were not able to fix “only the screen” because her device was completely non-functioning when she brought it in due to her dropping her device on a hard tile floor).  Please let me know if you need anything further, I’d like to make sure you have all the correct information regarding this false complaint. Thank you for your time and patience!
